Owner & Lead Planner
Rachel moved to Spain with a background in interior design and event planning and a real passion for weddings. She had a dream of creating The Perfect Wedding Venue so set about trying to find a suitable property. Early in 2011 this dream became a reality when she finally found El Cortijo de los Caballos. She set about a full renovation of this vast Cortijo and had it open within 4 months and fully booked within a few months. An achievement she is very proud of!
With so many brides wanting to marry there but having to turn them away she decided to put her mind to finding a second venue. Having such a strict criteria for the venue search, such as location, views, access, guest accommodation etc it took a few years to find the perfect venue and in 2015 Cortijo Rosa Blanca was found. After 2 years of major renovation where Rachel put her interior design skills and love of garden design to the test the Cortijo opened with huge success in June 2017. Rachel is now located full time at Cortijo Rosa Blanca as Lead Planner and the dream of creating the Perfect Wedding Venue has been achieved!
When Rachel isn´t working you will find her spending quality time with her husband and daughter and their numerous animals. During the summer months she will be trying to squeeze in some beach and pool days with a good book and ice cold rose and during the winter month she travels as much as possible with her family, searching for tropical beaches and delicious cocktails!
Venue Manager at Cortijo Rosa Blanca
Johnny is Rachel´s husband and her right hand man. She freely admits that without Johnny there would be no weddings as he manages the venues (a mammoth task) ensuring they are delivered in pristine condition for your wedding day as well as managing the audio/lighting logistics of each wedding. Having overseen the renovation of Cortijo Rosa Blanca as well as doing a lot of the work himself he is now based solely at this venue. He has a great team of maintenance staff and is meticulous in his work and genuinely shares a love of the weddings with Rachel.

Often spotted at Cortijo Rosa Blanca assisting her Mummy, entertaining children with trips down to the donkeys and expertly pulling pints for the guests (her favourite job of all!)
Rebecca started with the company in 2016 as the Wedding Planner at El Cortijo de los Caballos. Developing a keen eye and love for the décor and styling side of weddings Rebecca is now working at the Stylist across all our venues. She will be there to advise and assist you on lighting, décor and floral side of your wedding planning bringing your design ideas to life and making sure everything is as it should be on your wedding day.
Catering Manager & Coordinator
Kimberly started with the company in 2015 as a Wedding Planner but with a background in the hotel and catering industry her skills were required elsewhere and she is now based at Cortijo Rosa Blanca as the Catering Manager.
